This eGift Card Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the issuance, redemption, and management of electronic gift cards (eGift Cards) by KA - Equine Therapy (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The purpose of this policy is to ensure transparency, compliance, and a positive experience for both customers and the Company.
2. Definitions
- eGift Card: A digital or electronic gift card issued by the Company, which holds a monetary value and can be redeemed for goods or services.
- Recipient: The individual receiving the eGift Card.
- Sender: The individual or entity purchasing and sending the eGift Card to the Recipient.
- Balance: The remaining monetary value of the eGift Card after one or more redemptions.
- Redemption: The act of using an eGift Card as payment for goods or services.
- Expiration Date: The date after which the eGift Card becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed.
- Terms and Conditions: The specific rules and limitations associated with the use of eGift Cards, as outlined in this policy.
3. eGift Card Purchase
- eGift Cards may be purchased online through the Company's website or designated platforms.
- eGift Cards can be loaded with a minimum and maximum value, as determined by the Company.
- Payment for eGift Cards must be made by authorized means.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse the sale of eGift Cards or limit the quantity purchased by any individual or entity.
4. eGift Card Delivery
- eGift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Sender.
- The Sender is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient's email address.
- The Company is not responsible for eGift Cards lost, stolen, or misdirected due to incorrect email addresses.
5. Redemption
- eGift Cards may be redeemed for merchandise or services at any participating KA - Equine Therapy location or online.
- eGift Cards can be redeemed in whole or in part, and any remaining balance will be retained on the eGift Card for future use.
- eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
- eGift Cards have no implied warranties and are not transferable.
6. Expiration Date
- eGift Cards may have an expiration date, which will be clearly stated on the eGift Card.
- The Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the expiration date as deemed necessary.
- Expired eGift Cards will no longer be valid for redemption.
7. Lost or Stolen eGift Cards
- The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eGift Cards.
- The Recipient should treat eGift Cards like cash and take necessary precautions to protect them.
8. Fraud Prevention
- The Company reserves the right to refuse eGift Card transactions if fraud is suspected.
- Suspicious activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

By purchasing and using eGift Cards from KA - Equine Therapy, the Sender and Recipient acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this eGift Card Policy.
